Chiropractor

Bianca Rossi D.C.

Dr. Bianca Rossi is a board-certified chiropractor, she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Prior to attending Doctorate school, Dr. Rossi earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of St. Thomas. While completing her doctorate degree she pursued further training in neurologic based chiropractic care and cranio-sacral therapy to enhance healing potential for her patients. Dr. Rossi is very passionate about the neurologic based chiropractic technique utilized at Abundant Life as it allows her to be incredibly specific and precise when it comes to patient care.

Prior to discovering chiropractic care for herself, Dr. Rossi believed daily aches and pains were normal and something that most people learn to live with. It was not until her now fiancé, encouraged her to seek chiropractic treatment, that she realized her “normal” aches and pains were not in fact normal. This ultimately sparked Dr. Rossi’s passion for the chiropractic profession. It was after this revelation that Dr. Rossi switched from her intended career as a therapist for the chiropractic profession. This revelation came with the realization of how powerful, and life changing chiropractic care can be for not only aches and pains but headaches, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, etc.

When Dr. Rossi is not in the clinic helping patients achieve their health goals, Dr. Rossi enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her many nieces and nephews, and exploring new areas.

Chiropractor

Triston LeTourneau D.C.

Dr. Triston LeTourneau is a board-certified chiropractor, born and raised in Forest Lake, Minnesota. After spending many years working as a Chiropractic Assistant in his hometown, he pursued and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. While earning his Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. LeTourneau, underwent intensive training in a very specific neurologic chiropractic technique, Torque Release Technique. He also pursued additional advanced training in neuromuscular re-education of the upper and lower extremities to better assist his patients with knee and shoulder issues. Dr. LeTourneau is very passionate about helping his patients in any way possible. He especially enjoys watching his neuropathy patients regain their independence as they heal their nerve damage.

Dr. LeTourneau’s chiropractic journey began thanks to his younger sister who suffered from migraine headaches for several years. Her migraines were so severe she was forced to miss nearly a full year of high school as the migraines left her unable to get out of bed. Her neurologists had no explanation for her migraines, so she was put on medication after medication to try and manage and dull the intense pain and nausea associated with the migraines. Dr. LeTourneau’s family reluctantly decided to try chiropractic for his sister as a last-ditch effort to find some sort of improvement in the quality of her life. He and the rest of his family are incredibly thankful they did as after a few months of upper cervical chiropractic care, his sister’s migraines completely let up. This is ultimately what led Dr. LeTourneau to pursue Chiropractic as a profession.

As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Dr. LeTourneau loves hunting, fishing and hiking. He is extremely passionate when it comes to all thing’s sports. He loves food no matter how bland, and spending time with his nieces and nephews who have him wrapped around their fingers.

Clinic Manager

Jessica Gangelhoff

I’m Jessica,
Being part of the Abundant Life Health Center team allows me to combine my passion for helping others and continue to create inspiration for myself to work towards optimal health.

As a married mother of 3, perfecting the balancing act of order and chaos can be challenging at times, but with 16+ years of early childhood development and administrative management experience it makes it
easier to transition from scrubs to a cape and join the rest of us elite super moms in the world 😊

Though I’m not athletic by nature, I’ve grown to be a youth sports super fan spending plenty of Friday’s and Saturday’s watching my children and their friends become elegant dancers, buzzer beating basketball players and football stars. In my free time you will find me listening to music, reading, playing board games ( my absolute favorite) and spending as much time with family and friends as possible.

As I continue to grow, my goals are to strengthen old friendships, create new ones, obtain more wisdom, and deepen my relationship with the divine so that I can live fully through my heart and give more to this world than I take from this earth.

This is my two cents of me, sharing is what being a community is about. I look forward to hearing your story!
Namaste Friends 😊

Assistant Clinic Manager

Sarah Cross

I entered the wellness field back in 2017 after graduating from Aveda Institute, Minneapolis. I thought I was applying for a fancy spa job, turned out to be a wellness clinic! I have been in love and eager to learn about the holistic and natural way of healing our bodies ever since. I’m currently in school for Forensic Psychology and work with the Minneapolis homeless community when you don’t find me talking patients ears off at Abundant Life.

I am what you would call a boujee farmer. I grew up in the northern part of Minnesota with all of my siblings. There are quite a few of us 6 to be exact. The boondocks were great but something was missing, so moved to the cities for a little more thrill. I now have two guard cats who made me into a crazy cat lady.

Patient Care Assistant

Bella

I’m Bella,
I was born and raised in Minnesota, with Chanhassen being my home for the last 11 years. I only just came into the health and wellness industry in 2021, but I have always been passionate about self-care and helping others discover their routine to a happy and healthy lifestyle. Being in pain holds us back from so much life and can break us down mentally. The goal at Abundant Life Chiropractic is to help others be at their best physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I am proud to be a part of this team!
Outside of Abundant Life you will find me working on my house as a new first-time homeowner. I am always finding home projects to work on and of course the surprise projects that come along with that process. I enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing and simply learning something new every day. You can also catch me on the couch watching a Marvel movie putting together a puzzle and hanging out with my dog and 4 cats!
I look forward to getting to know you!
Patient Therapy Assistant

Lindsey Mendoza

Hey! My name is Lindsey Mendoza. I moved to Minnesota from Georgia eight years ago with my husband and our two boys. After several years of living here, I’ve come to love most aspects of Minnesota, and I grudgingly tolerate the winters.
I received my degree in History/Social Studies Education and have since decided to move away from Education. I am now focusing on Health Services. I am a proponent of a holistic approach toward healthcare when possible. Working towards a whole body healing, not just the symptom. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am an obsessive reader, a borderline bibliophile. I’m always trying to get in as much domestic and abroad traveling as possible. My goal is to visit all fifty states and fifteen different countries by the time I am fifty. I can’t wait to meet you and help you in your pursuit of optimal health.
